Policies

Details

Pouches are custom made to order and will normally be complete and ready to ship in about 10 days. When I am very busy it can take up to 14 days, but I always work to get them out as fast as I can.

Handmade items may have slight variations because they are all cut and sewn individually, not mass produced. No two pouches will ever be identical.

Fabric colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor.

Measurements

Having a measurement is important to ensure your child's pouch will fit properly.

You can measure their waist or lower near the hip, depending on where they like to wear their pump pouch. If they usually wear it over their clothing it's best to measure over their clothing too.

If you don't have a soft measuring tape you can use string or ribbon. Simply wrap it around your child's waist or hip, mark the length on the string, then measure the string with a ruler or standard tape measure.

If you can't measure your child before you order you can use this chart as a guide. If your child is small to average build the waist measurement should be close. But if they wear the pump lower on the hips you will need to add a couple of inches. If they are on the heavier side the hip measurement will probably be closer. Please let me know if you are “guesstimating” so I can add additional Velcro to help ensure a good fit. 

Example: My daughter is 7 and wears girls 8/10. She wears her pump below her waist, closer to her hips. Her pump belt measurment is 26"

Shipping

Shipping is $3.00 for up to three pump pouches via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation in the U.S.

Priority Mail is also available for an extra $3.00. in the US. (This upgrade does mean your pouch will be made faster, only that the shipping time will be faster.)

You will receive shipping information via email from PayPal when your pouch ships.

International shipping is available.

Priority International flate-rate box rates are $13 to Canada; $15 to Europe and other countries. (for up to 3 pouches)

*Please know that USPS Priority flat-rate International boxes DO NOT not include tracking, only delivery confirmation, and delivery times vary based on the destintion. The customer is responsible for any import taxes that may be assessed.

Pouch Care 

Pouches should be washed in cold, (preferably in a lingerie bag) on delicate and allowed to air dry.

Please be cautious to avoid heat and sharp objects near clear vinyl windows. Sadly, windows can’t be replaced because of the way they are sewn into the pouch's fabric.

Perfectly CLEAR pouches can be reversed so the window faces your child during playtime. This will help the window last longer!

It is ideal to use more than one pump pouch at a time to prolong their life, (one for play, one for night, one for special occasions, etc.) If you need extra durability denim and twill are better fabric choices.

Pouch Problems 

I always strive to make my customers happy and I think you will be. Please contact me if you have a problem with your product's construction within 60 days of purchase and I will do what I can to resolve your problem quickly.

Pump pouches endure A LOT of wear and tear, so they may show wear on the edges and the clear vinyl screens can be scuffed. These are not defects, but simply the nature of these fabrics in heavy use.

I try to balance the need for durability with comfort and style with the fabrics I offer. You can buy a pouch elsewhere that lasts longer, but the fit, comfort and customization will not be as sweet!
