HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?
Typically, orders take 4-7 business days to be created and shipped out. Tracking information will be emailed to customers once the product is shipped out.
I haven't gotten my order yet? Why is there a delay?
During peak times of the year (holidays and back to school etc) there may be a small delay of another week. You will be notified by email if there is more than a 7 business day delay. Thank you for your patience as each pouch is lovingly created just for your sweetie.
Are the Belts adjustable?
At this time...ALL pouches are made to your child's actual measurement for a great fit. This is the measurement you will provide upon ordering,
All belts have a velcro closure that can be adjusted within a 1-2" range. They also stretch since they also have elastic inside.
Occasionally, we may have Ready-to-Wear pouches that will have a measurement range listed in which the belt will fit with the velcro fully closed.
Do I Need to measure?
Having a current measurement is important to ensure your child's pouch will fit properly. Please see my Measuring Help page if you have any questions about how to measure.
What if it doesn't fit?
This rarely happens, but if it does we can fix it! Simply mail the pouch back to me.
If the error was mine, I will replace the belt and Priority mail back for free.
If the error was in the measurement on the order, it is a $5 charge to replace the belt, plus shipping.

What is a button hole?
A button hole is a small hole that is reinforced with stitching, (normally sewn onto clothing for a button to go through), that will be sewn into the back side of your pouch. It allows you to thread your tubing through the pouch (instead of it sticking out of the top) and can help keep your tubing tucked neatly behind the pump.
What is a minky belt?
"Minky" fabric is super plush, soft polyester that is normally used for baby blankets.
How do I wash it?
Pouches should be washed in cold, (preferably in a lingerie bag) on delicate and allowed to air dry.
Please be cautious to avoid heat and sharp objects near clear vinyl windows. Windows cannot be replaced because of the way they are sewn into the pouch's fabric.
It is ideal to use more than one pump pouch at a time so you will have back-up during washing. Rotating between pouches will also help them last longer.
What about Problems?
My goal is to make my customers happy with a quality, handmade product, and I think you will be! Please contact me if you have a problem with your pouch's construction within 60 days of purchase and I will do what I can to resolve your problem quickly.
Pump pouches endure A LOT of wear and tear! They will eventually wear around the edges of the pump and the clear vinyl screens can be scuffed and scratched. These are not defects, but simply the nature of these fabrics in heavy use.
How long will it last?
Some kids can use a cotton pouch for 6-12 months with only minor wear, while others may completely wear through a pouch in a few months' time, so it's hard to estimate exactly how long your pouch will last.
All Too Sweet pouches have multiple layers of interfacing, quality lining and high thread count outer fabrics to help make them as durable as possible.
I try to balance the need for durability with comfort & style with the fabrics I offer. Other types of fabrics may last longer, but they aren't nearly as cute or comfortable.
I highly recommend using more than one pouch at a time to help them last as long as possible. Much like cotton clothing, a pump pouch worn 24/7 will wear out much faster.
Perfectly CLEAR pouches can be reversed so the window faces your child during playtime. This can help the window last longer!
Helpful tip for CLEAR front pouches! If your pump shifts to the side, allowing the corner of the pump to rub the clear vinyl screen on your pouch... simply put some cotton balls or a small piece of fabric on the opposite end of the pouch to push the pump back to the center. Once the pouch starts to form to the pump it should always stay in the right spot. This will help your clear screen last much longer! :)
I really hope you love them as much as we do! Happy pumping!
