FAQ's

When will my pouch be finished?

All Too Sweet Boutique pump pouches are carefully handmade by me, after you complete your order, (including payment, sizing and fabric details). I cut and sew each pouch to your specifications, which makes them extra special, but also takes a little extra time.

I always complete orders as quickly as possible and most orders ship in about 10 days. Please remember that I am a working mom with my own little sweetie with diabetes, so when business is booming and life is hectic there is a chance that I may need extra time. When my turnaround time is longer than normal I will post it clearly on the homepage.

What if I'm in a hurry?

I complete pouches in the order they are received. If you have a special deadline I will do my best to rush your order, but it's not always possible. Please email me in advance if you need something right away and I will let you know the expected timeframe.

You can upgrade to Priority shipping for $3.00 to ensure quicker delivery. Please note; this will not speed up construction time, but it will speed up shipping. :)

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! I use USPS International Priority Mail shipping for non US orders. Canada is $13. Everywhere else is $15. (For up to 3 pouches)

Can I pick more than one fabric?

Many of the fabrics in my inventory have a coordinate that matches them well. If you'd like to choose a contrast fabric for the belt, simply note it with your order.

What if I want different fabrics?

If you have something extra special in mind and would like fabrics that are not currently listed, please contact me and I will see if I can find it for you. Additional charges may apply.

I am happy to use your fabric, and I will deduct $5 from the price of any pouch when you send me fabric for your pouch. Please contact me for details.

What if I don't know my child's waist measurement?

Having a measurement is important to ensure your child's pouch will fit properly.

You can measure their waist or lower near the hip, depending on where they like to wear their pump pouch. If they usually wear it over their clothing it's best to measure over their clothing too.

If you don't have a soft measuring tape you can use string or ribbon. Simply wrap it around your child's waist or hip, mark the length on the string, then measure the string with a ruler or standard tape measure.

If you can't measure your child before you order you can use this chart as a guide. If your child is small to average build the waist measurement should be close. But if they wear the pump lower on the hips you will need to add a couple of inches. If they are on the heavier side the hip measurement will probably be closer. Please let me know if you are “guesstimating” so I can add additional Velcro to help ensure a good fit. 

Example: My daughter is 7 and wears girls 8/10. She wears her pump below her waist, closer to her hips. Her pump belt measurment is 26"

What if it doesn't fit?

This rarely happens, but if it does we can fix it! Simply mail the pouch back to me.

If the error was mine, I will replace the belt and Priority mail back for free.

If the error was in the measurement on the order, it is a $5 charge to replace the belt, plus standard shipping of $3 or Priority shipping for $6.

What is a button hole for?

A button hole is a small hole that is reinforced with stitching, (normally sewn onto clothing for a button to go through), that will be sewn into the back side of your pouch. It allows you to thread your tubing through the pouch (instead of it sticking out of the top) and can help keep your tubing tucked neatly behind the pump. Button holes can not be added to pre-made pouches or padded pouches.

What is a minky belt?

"Minky" fabric is super plush, soft polyester that is normally used for baby blankets. If you upgrade to a Minky Belt your custom sized, elastic belt will be covered in this luxurious fabric instead of cotton.

Do you make pouches for adults?

Yes! I get requests from adults all the time. My husband loves my pouches too. Please see my custom orders area for adult pump pouches.
